This unique kitchen is built with Kwila and Macassar ebony. The busy couple and Byron worked together choosing materials and making sure that all of their storage needs would be met. The island is faced on the outside with concrete panels and the appliances custom fitted with matching Kwila veneers.
This kitchen designed with lower cabinets in Anigre and uppers in a paint grade are a warm yet modern addition to a San Francisco Victorian. Veneers are custom made by Byron, ensuring vertical grain through out cabinetry.
This walnut kitchen was built in collaboration with Union Studio (www.unionstudio.com) for a discerning couple in Mill Valley. The hand-hewn cabinetry and custom steel pulls compliment the exposed brick retained from original structure's former life as the Carnegie Library in Mill Valley.
This “cottage” kitchen was built for one of the Bay Area’s renowned chefs. The paint grade cabinetry combined with the warm butcher block counter tops and restored gas stove provide a comfortable and relaxed space to prepare meals for friends and family, away from the chef's commercial kitchen.
